My name is Elise and I am very excited to be doing my IT support apprenticeship at Orbits IT.

Before beginning my journey here at Orbits IT, I worked as a waitress for a high-paced and busy restaurant. Because of this I have come into this role with brilliant customer service skills and the ability to work extremely well with a team and with customers. Whilst I have always had an interest in technology, it is not something I studied in higher education. However, the subjects I did study I believe all contribute to the skills I am bringing to my role here at Orbits IT. I am very excited to develop all the IT skills I am going to need going forward with my apprenticeship.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and walking my dog.
