Jim has been an IT professional for more than a decade. It was through his experiences of the IT sector in South Wales that he saw an opening for an IT company which is customer-focused and able to draw upon the latest technologies to recommend and implement the right solutions for individual client needs.
Dean Bengough -Comptia A+ and ITIL Qualifications
Dean is our Operations Director and is responsible for ensuring our contact with all clients is professional and meets our high levels of customer service. Dean takes great pride in ensuring our helpdesk and projects run as efficiently and professionally as possible.
Toby Pomeroy - Microsoft and ITIL Qualifications
Toby is our longest serving team member, having joined in 2011. With experience in dealing with many types of systems and qualifications from Microsoft and ITIL, Toby has the technical skills to go along with the customer service levels everyone at Orbits delivers. As our primary field engineer Toby will become a familiar sight to Ofcom staff as he works closely with them onsite.
Ross Bengough -Comptia A+ Qualifications
Ross joined us in 2015 and has already completed his A+ Qualification. Ross prides himself on delivering a first class service at all times. Ross is currently undergoing our Engineer training program and will soon be complementing Toby as a primary point of contact for site visits where and when required.
Daniel Davies -HND University of Glamorgan – Working towards Comptia A+
Dan is the primary point of contact for our clients calling the Orbits helpdesk. With an array of technical experience and a polite and positive demeanour, Dan delivers first class customer service – often fixing the issue while on the phone with a client.
Omair Majeed -Completing his Orbits Training
Omair is our latest addition to the Orbits team and has already shown an aptitude for delivering a first class service. Omair is currently undergoing our helpdesk training program and will soon be complementing the team as a primary point of contact for our growing client base.
Angela Holloman-Coombes -IT Trainer (MCIM)
Angela is Orbit’s dedicated IT trainer. With a vast array of experiences in training and management across private and public sectors, Angela delivers training on technical software and systems in an easy to understand and approachable manner. Specialising in the Microsoft Office suite of applications, Angela can help anyone get the best from the software they use daily.
Hollie is responsible for the administration, book keeping and general good running of the office. A great asset to our team, Hollie is keen, adaptable and brings another dimension to the organisation.
Jenny is our client relationship and business development manager. Responsible for ensuring each and every one of Orbits’ clients are happy clients.
Anthony is one of our technical helpdesk team. A first point of contact and resolver of a large majority of our clients calls there and then.
