Hello, my name is Ryan Mallari, and I have recently started my IT Support Apprenticeship with Orbits IT.

I have previous experience in both customer service and IT roles, which has helped me develop a range of transferable skills that I can bring to this apprenticeship. Prior to joining Orbits IT, I worked in a fast-paced takeaway environment where teamwork, communication, and customer service were essential. I have also volunteered within the IT department of a children’s hospice, where I gained valuable hands-on experience and further developed my technical and problem-solving skills.

I have always had a strong interest in technology and studied ICT throughout both my GCSEs and A-Levels. I am excited to continue learning, developing new skills, and gaining further experience during my apprenticeship with Orbits IT.

Outside of work I enjoy hanging out with my friends, going to the cinema and playing video games.
