This incredible event celebrates the inspiring individuals and organisations working to strengthen the financial wellbeing of communities all over Wales. The Credit Unions of Wales Awards have become a key annual event, aligning with International Credit Union Day each October. Since 2017, these awards have shone a spotlight on those who dedicate themselves to supporting their communities through financial inclusion and advice.

With award categories ranging from “Member Making a Difference” to “Volunteer of the Year” and “School Partner,” these honours celebrate the dedication of people working behind the scenes to ensure communities have access to essential financial resources.

This year, the event will be held on Thursday, 17th October 2024, at the renowned Celtic Manor Hotel in Newport. It promises to be an evening full of recognition, celebration, and support for the great work being done across Wales.
