Hello, my name is Morgan James. I am currently doing an IT support apprenticeship with Orbits IT.

Before pursuing my apprenticeship at Orbits IT, I studied & graduated in Sport, Physical Education & Health Science (BSc Hons Degree) At Cardiff Metropolitan University. Here I learned most of the necessary, transferable skills to the new role as an IT support apprentice. As well as this I worked in a local pub which aided my customer service skills.

I have always had a passion for IT. From a very young age, computers/technology has always been a huge interest for me. From building my PC to learning how it operates, which to this day I find intriguing. In my spare time, I like to spend time with friends playing sports, as well as partaking in video games or going for drinks whilst watching a football match.

I’m looking forward to getting started at Orbits IT, as I find myself an inquisitive and hardworking person that is up for any new challenge that will present itself in my role with Orbits IT.
