Hello, my name is Thomas Cooke and I have just started as a First Line support technician with Orbits IT.

This isn’t my first role working with technology, as I worked at Clarity copiers for 4 years assisting customers over the phone with IT issues all related to their photocopiers. I hope to bring the knowledge I gained working at Clarity to Orbits. I have always had a keen interest in IT and started building PC’s when I was 15. I have built several PC’s for friends and family and everyone I know always asks me first if they have a PC problem.

In my spare time I play chess for the local team where I recently captained the 2nd division team to win the league. I enjoy gaming and regularly meet up with my friends at the Insomnia gaming festival.  I also enjoy spending time with my friends and family.
