Hello, my name is Jordan and I have recently joined Orbits IT as a second line support technician.

I began my IT career with an advanced apprenticeship after leaving school, where I quickly developed my basic troubleshooting and technical problem solving skills. I then continued along this path working as a 1st line support engineer for two years and developed my skills and interest in IT even further. Since then I have worked in various other customer service based rolls that include, basic customer support advisor roles, to managing multiple venues in the music industry, and finally owning my own small business repairing musical instruments, all of which have helped me develop an understanding and desire for putting the customers needs at the heart of everything I do.

In my spare time I study physics and astronomy at the Open University, compose music for my local band and enjoy a spot of gardening when I get the opportunity.
