We are recruiting for a First Line Support Technician
Due to continued success, Orbits IT are increasing their IT Helpdesk team based in the Vale of Glamorgan, South Wales.
This post is an excellent opportunity for someone with the relevant qualities, it offers exceptional scope for personal growth and progression within our rapidly growing business.
The successful candidate will need to have excellent customer service skills, a keen interest in IT and technology and a desire to develop and progress in the organisation.
You will be provided with all the training needed, but a willingness to learn is a must.
Responsibilities
- Primary contact for all customer support calls and emails
- Customer support and troubleshooting 1st line
- Assisting with client and internal projects
- Undertake general admin duties
- Assist in other aspects of business where necessary
Skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Keen to develop
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Desirable attributes
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- Customer Service experience
Salary: £13,500 – £16,000 PA+ Bonus & Benefits (Private Healthcare and Gym)
