Our Annual Customer Survey results are now in and once again we’ve had fantastic customer feedback. Our average customer rating is 9.8/10!
What did the survey involve?
We asked all our customers to take a couple of minutes to complete an online survey to rate our performance out of 10 in 11 key service areas. The results are as follows:

Perhaps not surprisingly, all those that took part would also recommend Orbits IT to other organisations.
Who took part in the survey?
Customers spanned a diverse range of sectors and industries. They included Citizens Advice, RT Safety, Goodson Thomas, Aelwyd Housing Association, NewLink Wales and Acacia Family Support to name just a few.
