We are delighted to announce three 3-year public sector contract wins with a total value of £100,000.

The first of the three contracts sees us provide IT support to a major independent regulator’s Birmingham office. It was secured on the back of the success of our existing contract to provide IT support to the Cardiff office. The new contract will see us become fully integrated with the team in Birmingham with regular onsite IT support as well as additional ad hoc support.

The second contract includes the provision of our premium Pro Support package to a team of 20 non-technical office-based staff in Cardiff Bay. Pro Support provides our most comprehensive level of proactive IT support as well as remote backups, antivirus protection and a two-hour response to all critical issues.

Finally, the third contract covers the provision of onsite support to more than 80 employees in Bridgend. Working alongside a Scottish company which delivers remote IT support, we will provide essential office-based support for employees on a monthly basis.
