So how does this work?

For starters we’ll review your IT infrastructure for free. Be it one PC to a multi-site, multi-server environment we’ll analyse what you have in place and look at recommendations that should be implemented over a rolling two year period. For example, your server might last you another 18 months, so we’ll keep that, but your PC operating system might be Windows XP so that will have to be upgraded as Microsoft no longer supports that version. We’ll plan the Operating System upgrade over the next two months and then advise on the best solution for your server upgrade so you can plan and budget for it. This ensures that you get a clear picture of what your IT is doing for you now, what needs to be actioned straightaway and what needs to happen over the coming months and years.

Will the detox cost us money?

The detox is a service we provide for free. As we have mentioned the review phase allows us to get to know your IT and how you use it. Any hardware or software upgrades or new installations will be costed and discussed so you can make a clear decision on what you need to do and how much it will cost.
