As one of the newest members of the team, I am eager to get started. After leaving school, this opportunity to dive further into IT with a knowledgeable team is one I am relishing. It is great working with a small team. Although this is my first job on an IT Helpdesk, I am excited to learn new skills and gain a lot from this job. I love working closely with customers and being able to help in any way.
