We have seen an influx of people reporting infections of the System Tool virus. Whilst its not a traditional virus, more malware/scareware, it does take over alot of the computer that is infected. You will know you are infected if you see any of the following screenshots:

Removal instructions:

• Download MalwareBytes Anti-Malware from HERE
• Once you have downloaded the file, right click on it and rename the file to explorer.exe
• Run the newly named file and allow Malwarebytes to install.
• Once installed, navigate to Program FilesMalwarebytes’ Anti-Malware folder and locate the mbam.exe in there.
• Right click on mbam.exe and rename this to iexplore.exe
• You can now double click the newly named iexplore.exe file to run MalwareBytes. Update the definitions and perform a quick scan.
• Once the scan completes, remove all entries and reboot.

All being well, you will malware free again.
