Proactive IT Support as it should be at Orbits.

Orbits are always keen to improve the service they deliver to clients. As part of this improvement, Orbits have recently invested heavily in a remote server monitoring system. This new technology allows us to keep a constant eye on the business critical servers of our clients, with live updates on the health of the servers, and to forsee any problems before they impact our clients. This technology is being rolled out to our clients at no extra cost, as part of their support package.
