Whilst visiting the New Start Wales exhibition in Cardiff at the weekend, Orbits spent a fair amount of time talking to the boys from e-skills UK who, in partnership with the Welsh Assembly Government, have released the Business IT Guide. This is a 70 page booklet which takes business owners through the basics of IT.
