Hello, My name is Gethin Conway and today I started my role as Junior IT support technician with Orbits IT.

I have had past experience with customer service and teamwork from my previous jobs which I can use and transfer over to my apprenticeship. I am very exited to start my journey with Orbits IT as I have been keen to work in the IT industry for a while. I’m looking forward to learning and developing new skills during my apprenticeship!

In my spare time I enjoy going to watch Cardiff City Fc, I go and watch pretty much every weekend. I also play football during the week and only weekends Cardiff aren’t playing.
