Our annual customer survey results are now in and once again we’ve had fantastic customer feedback. Our average customer rating is 9.7/10!
What did the survey involve?
In December we asked all our customers to take a couple of minutes to complete our online survey to rate our performance during 2018.
The survey covers six key service areas with the option to rate us from 1 to 10, with 10 being outstanding. Those who took part gave us the following average ratings:

Who took part in the survey?
Customers spanned a diverse range of sectors and industries. They included Newport Citizens Advice, Toucan Systems and Six Forward to name just a few.
