A new version of the popular internet browser Firefox was released by Mozilla today.

The main improvement is the significant increase in performance with up to a massive 50% decrease in memory usage compared to previous versions.

Other optimization techniques have been… included to help pages that use HTML 5 load faster.

As well as running more smoothly, 99% of Firefox add-ons created for Firefox 6 are already compatible and ready to be used with version 7!
