Job Title: IT Helpdesk Apprentice

Location: Barry, South Wales

Employment Type: Full-Time, Apprenticeship (Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM)

Pay: £7.50 per hour, 37.5 hours per week

Role Overview

Orbits IT are recruiting for a IT Support Apprentice to join our busy South Wales office in Barry (CF62 5QN).

Learn the skills you need to forge a career in IT. Experience a busy helpdesk environment, work with engineers to build servers, networks and cloud solutions, enjoy accredited training and lots of on the job training.

Main Duties

  • Primary contact for all customer support calls and emails
  • Customer support and troubleshooting 1st line
  • Assisting with client and internal projects
  • Undertake general admin duties
  • Assist in other aspects of business where necessary

Required Qualifications

  • Have grade C/4 or above in English and maths GCSE (or equivalent), or Functional Skills Level 2

Apprenticeship Details
