Introduction – Aidan
Hello, my name is Aidan and I have recently joined orbits IT support as an apprentice.
Previously to becoming an apprentice at Orbits IT , I worked several part time jobs such as, a customer assistant at Tesco and a Dominoes delivery driver, during fulfilling these roles I picked up many important and transferable skills such as my customer service skills, as I had to help customers everyday, whether it was showing them where an item was or helping them reach something on the top shelf. These interactions with customers will be good experience for assisting customers at Orbits IT, I also gained good social skills as with both previous jobs. I made friends with my colleagues, which made going to work so much more enjoyable and will be important for working within an office with other people.
I started Orbits IT because I was looking for more opportunities to progress, develop work skills and work my way up the work ladder. However, starting an apprenticeship with Orbits IT will allow me to grow my career and my way work up the ladder, allowing me to build a better future for myself.
When I am not in work I enjoy making to most of my free time and enjoy keeping my self healthy by going to the gym. I also enjoy being with friends and family as much as possible; going out places with them, as such as something as simple as going for a walk down by the waterfront or something as extreme as going sky diving for my 16th birthday with my mother or a race day experience.
