My names Jay and I am new to working in IT, but it’s been a passion I’ve had for a long time, solving issues with my own systems for many years now. I’m excited to expand and develop what I know so that I can continue to use my customer service background and everything I know to the best of my ability! With my previous experience working within a contact team for over 2 years, I can’t wait to help as many clients as I can!

I have a passion for technology, and I build/configure my own PCs in my free time. For example, I’ve built 3 custom rigs over the past year or so. As well as this, with my genuine interest in technology, I like to keep myself up to date with all the developing sectors. A particular company I’m interested in now is MooreThreads, potential competition for AMD and Nvidia within the server graphics sphere.

I can’t wait to build a career within Orbits, and I know that here, I’ll be able to develop my skills and progress as a First Line Support Technician!
