Reduce your charity’s software costs
Computers wouldn’t be complete without software. Word and PowerPoint are well known examples but software also includes programs, systems and servers. Although you can’t physically see software, it can come at a great expense.
Fortunately, there are many different discounts available for charities from lots of software manufacturers. These discounts can be secured direct from the manufacturer and/or from software resellers such as tt-exchange.
tt-exchange distributes donated technology to UK charities. This includes software from manufacturers including Microsoft, Adobe, McAfee, Cisco, SAP, Citrix, Mailshell, Fluid, Symantec and many more. Because the software has been donated, the only cost to pay is a small administration fee.
The savings you can make by using donated software can amount to thousands. For example, we recently helped charity for young people, Barry YMCA, to refresh its software, upgrade to professional business email and invest an enterprise-class server. By consulting with Orbits IT and in turn obtaining donated software via tt-exchange Barry YMCA saved more than £3,000.
