Our Annual Customer Survey results are now in and once again we’ve had fantastic customer feedback. Our average ratings across all performance areas are at least 9.1/10!

What did the survey involve?

We asked all our customers to take a couple of minutes to complete an online survey to rate our performance out of 10 in 11 key service areas.
