Installation Instructions
1. Click on the download button above
2. Save the Remote Support Program
Click Save File when prompted.
3. Open the Support program
From your browser’s download window double click the .exe file that just downloaded.
4. Accept the security warning
Click Run when prompted.
For servers and unattended PCs
The Remote Host tool is designed to allow the support team access to the computer it is installed on without a user needing to accept the connection each time.
